Lysa Flores, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished leadership professional with extensive experience in talent strategy and acquisition. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Strategy & Development at the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art since May 2022, Lysa has held multiple roles within the organization, focusing on enhancing talent acquisition and fostering a positive culture. Prior experience at H&M from October 2011 to May 2020 includes roles such as District Recruiter and Regional Recruiter, where Lysa successfully implemented recruitment strategies that drove business growth and brand awareness during new market expansions. Earlier in Lysa's career, time was spent at Bring Your Love Records & Publishing as an artist, complemented by educational backgrounds from Cornell University and UCLA.
