Lucile Raffray is an accomplished professional in research and development, currently serving as an R&D Project Leader at Lucas Meyer Cosmetics since March 2017, following a position as an R&D Intern. Previously, Lucile contributed as an RD&I Intern in coating formulation at Akzo Nobel Coatings B.V. from September 2015 to August 2016, focusing on dye properties, formulation of coatings, and application techniques. Lucile also gained experience as an Assistant Laboratory Technician at Allard Emballages, managing daily water quality analysis in a wastewater treatment facility. Academically, Lucile holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from CPE Lyon and has a background in scientific studies from CPGE PCSI-PC and Lycée Bellevue.
