Agata Florczak is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Retail Operations Intern at Rituals since November 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Flying Bisons, where Agata progressed from HR Intern to HR Generalist and Junior HR Manager between July 2022 and November 2024. Agata holds a Licencjat degree in ZarzÄ…dzanie from the University of Warsaw, completed in June 2023, and is currently pursuing a Magister degree in the same field at the same institution, expected to finish in June 2025.
