Kimberly Sarong, RPm, is a seasoned recruitment professional currently serving as a Recruitment Manager at Korn Ferry since July 2022, where accountability for service delivery and operational management of client recruitment activities is a key responsibility. Previous experience includes roles as a Recruitment Associate at ISS and ISS Market Intelligence, and as a Talent Acquisition Partner and Recruitment Specialist at IBM, contributing to recruitment strategies and outcomes in various sectors. Extensive expertise was built as a Healthcare Recruiter at Providence Health & Services and through earlier positions as a Recruitment Analyst and Junior Analyst at ISS. Kimberly began a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at New Era University and is currently pursuing further education at De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde and Instituto Cervantes de Manila.
