Katrien Van Eeckhoutte serves as the General Director and Daily Administrator at Concertgebouw Brugge since January 2003, focusing on positioning the venue as a reputable global player in music and contemporary dance, while also hosting various interdisciplinary activities. In addition, Van Eeckhoutte is an active member of several boards, including as a director and member of the audit committee at LUCA School of Arts since June 2020, as a board member of Voka Vlaanderen since May 2017, and as the chair of Oko, representing large Flemish art organizations since January 2000. Furthermore, Van Eeckhoutte contributes to higher education as a guest lecturer across multiple institutions and is the program director for the postgraduate program in Cultural Management at Brugge Business School. Education credentials include studies at the University of Antwerp and training through various banking institutions.
