Suzanne Lovett has extensive experience in IT management, particularly within The Lubrizol Corporation since October 2005. As IT Director of Governance, Suzanne has led various roles, including IS Manager for Global Support and Monitoring Services, overseeing support operations for end users in the EMEAI region and leading service desk performance improvements. Suzanne has been instrumental in developing service desk operations across Europe and has managed the Incident Management process at Lubrizol ltd from November 2014 to December 2016. Earlier in their career, Suzanne worked as a Payment Specialist at Capital One. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Joint French and English from The University of Hull and A Levels in French, History, and English Literature from Joseph Whitaker.
