Pete Millett is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Global Engineering at The Lubrizol Corporation since July 2023, Pete Millett is responsible for building a corporate engineering team focused on capital portfolio management, engineering standards, and process safety. Previously, as Director of Manufacturing Technology and Global Engineering Leader at PPG, Pete Millett led teams in capital projects and process design for the industrial segment. Earlier in a career spanning over two decades at Johnson Matthey, Pete Millett held several key positions, including Asia Engineering Director and Operations Director for Pharmaceutical Materials, where responsibilities included managing significant CAPEX investments and engineering support in highly automated environments. Pete Millett's career began as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Oden Corporation and Vibco Incorporated, following a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
