Dan Kaleyta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business process management and project leadership. Currently serving as Global Business Process Manager at The Lubrizol Corporation since August 2013, Kaleyta previously held the role of Six Sigma Black Belt at Covenant HealthCare, where responsibilities included leading high-performance project teams and implementing value generation projects. Earlier, Kaleyta worked at The Dow Chemical Company as Financial Projects Manager and Pricing Implementation Specialist, applying Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and manage pricing strategies for newly acquired companies. Kaleyta's career began in the US Navy as a Computer Maintenance/Logistic Systems Technician, where a top-secret security clearance was maintained.
