Mark S. Kripke is a Principal - Finance at Lubert Adler, responsible for special projects with the Chief Operating Officer (concerning such matters as reporting, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, restructuring, and fundraising support & coordination) and is the compliance liaison with the Chief Compliance Officer concerning reporting under the Investment Advisors Act. Mr. Kripke is also a member of the Lubert Adler Asset Management Committee, the Valuation Committee, and the Compliance Committee.
Mr. Kripke has combined public and private CFO real estate experience, exceeding 25 years and $4 billion transaction volume levels, in such areas as acquisitions, financing, dispositions, investment operational management, taxation and financial reporting.
As CFO of Stoltz Management, a private real estate company and fund sponsor, Mr. Kripke was involved in all financial aspects performing over $2.5 billion of capital transactions with institutional joint venture partners and in private equity funds.
As CFO of Brandywine Realty Trust, an NYSE REIT, Mr. Kripke coordinated seven equity offerings, and managed relationships with a thirteen-member bank syndicate and ten public company stock analysts, while total market capitalization grew from $200 million to $2 billion.
Mr. Kripke is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, was a former Tax Manager at Price Waterhouse, and was a magna cum laude graduate of the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
