Phillip Saffel has over 18 years of experience in education and community supervision. Currently serving as School Principal at Lubbock-Cooper Independent School District since August 2011, Phillip has also held positions as Assistant Principal and Teacher, focusing on 6th Grade Math and Science while contributing as a Focus Behavior Interventionist. Prior to this, Phillip worked as a Community Supervision Officer at Lubbock County CSCD from February 2005 to January 2011, specializing in clients with mental health issues and community protection through positive change. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Texas Tech University (2004) and furthered education at Lubbock Christian University (2012-2013).
