Monique Duizendstra has extensive experience in human resources, currently working as an Intercedent at Luba since June 2019, focusing on mediating between job seekers and companies. Prior to this role, Monique served as an HR Manager at Regio Control Veldt B.V. from May 2002 to February 2019, where responsibilities included various positions within the organization, ultimately returning to the HR department after a stint in sales. Monique has pursued continued education through multiple Luba Masterclasses from 2021 to 2024, as well as courses in personnel management and labor law through LOI, with ongoing studies at NCOI Opleidingen since 2014.
