Andy Cathcart is an experienced commercial loan officer at Luana Savings Bank, a role held since November 2016, where expertise in commercial financing supports clients from rental property purchases to large-scale construction projects. Prior experience includes a decade at Wells Fargo, serving as Quality Manager overseeing the Quality Assurance Department, and earlier, as Client Service Manager where training was delivered to enhance client's finance programs. Additionally, Andy held the position of President on the Board of Directors for Ledgestone Development and began the career as a Mortgage Loan Adjustor at Wells Fargo Financial. Andy holds a B.A. in Marketing and Sales from the University of Northern Iowa.
