Rama Ganesan Thangavel Alagesan possesses a solid background in mechanical engineering, having earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Sathyabama Institute of Science & Technology and a diploma from Sankar Polytechnic College. Currently serving as an Engineer and Onsite Engineer at L&T Technology Services since January 2018, Rama has been involved with Carrier Transicold Industries in France. Additionally, from February 2023 to August 2024, Rama worked as an Associate Engineer and Design Engineer at Carrier Transicold Truck Trailer Refrigeration on a contract basis through L&T Technology Services. Prior experience includes a trainee position at Titan Engineering & Automation Limited.
