Andy Rindlisbach is a People & Operations Specialist at the Long-Term Stock Exchange since August 2023, responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance People & Business Operations. Prior to this role, Andy served as the Head of People Operations & Recruitment Advisor at ConnectedWell Talent & Recruitment Advisors from January 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included developing an onboarding program and overseeing the induction of new hires as the company expanded from 5 to 25 employees. Andy also worked as a Recruiting Partner at Divercity, a diversity and inclusion hiring platform, from January 2021 to March 2022. Andy's career began as a Professional Actor with Actors' Equity Association from January 2004 to March 2021, following the completion of a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from the University of Utah in 2010.
