Mrs. Baber joined LTM INC. in January 1997 as a member of LTM’s first government contract in support of PMA-226 and the H-46 Helicopter. She became the Director of Human Resources in June 1999 and was promoted to Vice President in June 2006. Her background includes benefits negotiations, governmental compliance, payroll administration and employee relations and management. In addition she serves as the Plan Administrator for both the LTM 401K Plan and The LTM Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Ms. Baber is a member of LTM’s senior management team as well as the Board of Directors of LTM. She holds her B.S. degree in Business Administration from East Carolina University. Mrs. Baber also holds a Senior Professional Human Resource Certificate (SPHR) since January 2006 and is an executive management graduate of the Tuck Business School at Dartmouth.
