Mr. Norris is LTM’s Vice President for Contracts and Contractor Program Security Officer. He joined LTM in 1995 after a successful career as a U.S. Navy Supply Corps Officer with primary emphasis in Naval Aviation. He has nearly 40 years of experience among logistics, budget, financial, inventory, acquisition, and contract management disciplines. Serving as Program/Project manager for various financial and information systems programs he developed policy and procedure; and ensured cost, schedule, status, and contract performance. Mr. Norris ensures contract consistency, compliance, and continuity with Government customers, prime contractors, subcontractors, and commercial customers. With nearly 15 years’ experience, Mr. Norris is also key in crafting corporate security policy and procedures, and ensuring compliance with the National Industrial Security Program. Mr. Norris earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Oregon State University, and with “Distinction,” a Master’s in Business Administration from the Keller Graduate School of Management.
