Marcus Kling is an experienced recruitment and HR professional with a strong background in various leadership roles within notable companies. As the Nordic Recruitment Lead at LTIMindtree, Marcus oversees recruitment strategies, while previously serving as the Recruitment Manager for Sweden at Cognizant. Marcus also held the position of HR Operations Country Lead at Accenture, and as an Operating Partner in Poland and Partner at TopHuman AB, contributed significantly to international recruitment.
