Barbara Lancaster has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Barbara is currently employed as a GCologist at The GC Index, where they help people understand their strengths and make a positive impact. Previously, they worked as a Consulting Services Director at Kansys Inc., leading a team that provided planning and program controls to accelerate progress. Barbara also has a strong background in the telecommunications and IT sector, serving as the Practice Leader for Profit Optimization at LTC International and as the President of LTC. Barbara has held various positions at MetraTech Corp and MetraTech, including VP Major Accounts and Vice President Sales Americas. Barbara has also been involved in industry organizations, such as TM Forum and MTBC, where they held leadership roles. Barbara'swork experience dates back to 1973, and they have a wide range of skills and expertise in business strategy, sales, and technology innovation.

Barbara Lancaster attended Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology from 1978 to 1982, where they studied Business Administration. Barbara obtained a certification in GCologist from The GC Index in July 2018.
