Chethan Kumar is a skilled professional currently serving as Manager MEP at L&T Realty since December 2021, with prior experience as Manager Services at MAIA Estates LLP from April 2019 to December 2021. Chethan's career began at Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd. as Project Engineer from August 2010 to August 2015, followed by a role as Project Executive at ITC Limited from August 2015 to April 2019. Chethan holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The National Institute Of Engineering, Mysore (2007-2010) and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Govt.
