Stephanie Rempe has a long and extensive work experience in the field of athletics administration. Stephanie currently holds the position of Director of Athletics at the University of Nevada, Reno, a role they began in 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Deputy Athletics Director / Chief Operating Officer at Louisiana State University starting in 2019. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as the Deputy Athletics Director at Texas A&M University. Before that, they held the position of Sr Associate Athletics Director at The University of Washington from 2008 to 2016. From 2003 to 2008, they worked at the University of Oklahoma, first as the Sr. Associate Athletics Director/SWA and later as the Associate Athletics Director/SWA. Stephanie started their career as an Associate Athletics Director at The University of Texas at El Paso from 1998 to 2003 and as a Program Coordinator at the University of Arizona from 1995 to 1998.

Stephanie Rempe obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Arizona in 1993. Stephanie further pursued higher education and graduated with a Master's degree in Sports Administration from the same university in 1995.
