Jevon Earps began their work experience in 2008 as a Research Analyst for Tech Research Associates, Inc. They were responsible for market research and various marketing activities. In 2013, Jevon transitioned to Experts in Social Inc. as a Marketing Consultant, where they focused on managing and executing social media campaigns. In 2017, Jevon joined LSI MEDIA LLC. as a Marketing Specialist, overseeing the editorial direction, design, production, and distribution of publications, as well as acting as the organization's representative with the media.

Jevon Earps attended Binghamton University from 1993 to 1997 and obtained a Bachelor's degree. The field of study for the degree was not specified.
