Dominic Kabigting has extensive experience in the transportation sector, currently serving as a Manager at LRTA since February 1999. Prior to this role, Dominic held the position of MIS Manager at LIGHT RAIL TRANSIT AUTHORITY. Dominic holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Philippine Christian University, completed in December 2000, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Trinity University of Asia, obtained in April 1987.
