Joe Jacob Ninan has a diverse range of work experience. Joe Jacob began their career in 2006 as an Implementation and Support Executive at Fuel IT India Pvt Ltd. In 2007, they joined LRN where they held various roles, including Senior Support Engineer Level IV, Team Lead in Partner Support, Team Lead in Program Management, and Director of Partner Services. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Business Operations (Delivery) at LRN.

Joe Jacob Ninan completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Physics from the University of Kerala in 2000. Joe Jacob then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology - SMU, graduating in 2003. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics from the University of Kerala.
