Florian Rossmanith is an experienced Digital Project Manager at LPR GmbH since July 2017, specializing in leading and coordinating internal digitalization projects with a focus on service improvement, team management, and the establishment of agile project management methodologies. In addition, Florian provides support for business development and optimizes internal processes.
