Kristin Gjendem is an experienced design professional with a focus on user experience and product design, currently serving as a Collaborator in Residence at the Maryland Institute College of Art. Kristin has held multiple roles at LPL Financial, including AVP Design Lead and Senior Product Experience Consultant, and has previously contributed as a UX Design Mentor at Springboard. Prior roles include Senior Product Designer at Bravado Health, where Kristin designed a personalized healthcare platform, and UX Designer at MidFirst Bank, specializing in research and process improvement. Additional experience includes user experience design at USAA and creative roles at The University of Texas at San Antonio, Southwest Airlines, and Eastern Washington University, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Design and Visual Communications from Eastern Washington University.
