Kelli Bales is an experienced payroll benefits manager and human resources professional with a diverse background in employee benefits administration, HRIS management, and compliance. Since June 2016, Kelli has worked at LPK, progressing from HR Generalist to Payroll Benefits Manager, overseeing all aspects of employee benefits, including 401k management and annual enrollment processes. Prior experience includes positions at Blackbaud, where Kelli supported benefits for over 3,000 employees, and The Charleston Animal Society, where Kelli improved volunteer retention through training and relationship building. Kelli's early career encompassed roles in employee benefits at HORAN and sales management at Ferguson Enterprises, alongside volunteering in Belize with PathLight International.
