Rachel Wells serves as a Sustainability Analyst at Lyttelton Port Company since June 2018, focusing on carbon emissions baselining and successfully completing six audits under the CEMARS programme. Concurrently, Rachel works as a Business Analyst at WSP, contributing to infrastructure projects and conducting financial and insurance valuations for various local authorities and seven ports across New Zealand since March 2020. Previously, Rachel spent nearly two decades at Colliers International as an Analyst, where expertise involved developing complex data models and conducting end-user perspective assessments. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems and Finance from the University of Canterbury, obtained between 2007 and 2010.
