Erick Pulido, LEED AP, is an accomplished Project Manager at LPA, Inc., specializing in the mechanical discipline for the K-12 market segment since October 2020, with experience in a range of projects from classroom modernizations to campus upgrades. Prior to this, Erick held significant positions such as Director of Preconstruction and Preconstruction Manager/Estimating at Limbach Company, where notable contracts included the LAWA LAX Automated People Mover Preconstruction. Additional leadership roles included Preconstruction Executive at Southland Industries and Preconstruction Manager at Control Air Conditioning. As an Account Manager and Senior Mechanical Engineer at AKF Group, Erick managed large-scale projects, including the $1.2 billion World Trade Center Retail Redevelopment.
