Elena Avdonicheva is a Senior Consultant at LPA since September 2022, specializing in consulting banks and financial institutions on document creation using Capmatix software and supporting EMIR Refit transformation through project management and business analysis. Previously, as a Project Manager in the Fixed Income Department at Cbonds.ru from August 2015 to August 2022, Elena led the launch of Russia's first High Yield Bond Index and managed fixed income data integration, requiring technical specifications for automation, website mock-ups, and IT testing. Elena holds a Bachelor's degree in International Economics from Saint Petersburg State University, completed in 2016.
