Andrew Sauber, M.S., serves as Plant Manager at Lozier Corporation, overseeing operations for multiple facilities including Plant 1 Metal Stamping, Plant 2 Wood & Wire Grid, and the SB Distribution Center since February 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Managing Director at Vector Group LLC from February 2020 to April 2023, where Andrew managed all aspects of a global consulting firm. At Cooper Standard from June 1996 to February 2020, Andrew held various positions including Sr Director of Continuous Improvement for North America and multiple Plant Manager roles, demonstrating expertise in operational management and continuous improvement across numerous facilities. An earlier career as a sworn police officer from 1994 to 2002 showcases a commitment to community service. Andrew holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Capella University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ashford University.
