Ross Matthews is currently the Director of Human Resources at New Orleans Public Libraries. Ross has extensive experience in HR roles, having held similar positions at Loyola University New Orleans, Endeca Technologies, and Akamai Technologies. Ross also has experience in career services and recruiting, with previous roles at MIT and Harvard University. Ross holds a Master's degree in Counseling & Human Resources from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Louisiana State University.
