Gracemarie Novak currently serves as the Clinical Team Lead at Loyola Medicine since December 2022. Prior to this role, Gracemarie accumulated extensive experience at UnitedHealth Group from April 1994 to January 2023, where responsibilities included serving as a Registered Nurse, Case Manager, and Clinical Manager, with a focus on coaching and mentoring a team in telephonic case management. Gracemarie also held the position of Senior Trainer from June 1997 to November 2009, conducting training for new hires and providing assessments of their progress to leadership.
