Matt Fuller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and service operations management. Currently serving as the Sales Operations Manager at Cigna Insurance since June 2016, Matt is responsible for overseeing sales operations. Concurrently, Matt has been with Loyalty New Zealand since September 2009, where the role includes leading a Service Operations Support Team and managing operational systems and processes to align with business and client needs. Past roles include Programme Manager for the Fly Buys for Business programme, focusing on relationship management and brand development, as well as Key Account Manager, contributing to the programme's growth and participant engagement. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Anthropology and Philosophy from Massey University, earned between 1996 and 2001.
