Medha Rajput has a wealth of work experience. Medha began their career in 2016 as a Management Trainee at Swastika Investmart Limited. Later that same year, they were an On Job Trainee at Diaspark Inc, where they handled competitor analysis and research, information profiling and verification, and email marketing campaigns. In 2017, they were a Digital Marketing Intern at Crazyonweb, where they planned and monitored the company's presence on social media, launched optimized online adverts, was involved in SEO efforts, provided creative ideas for content marketing, and measured the performance of digital marketing efforts. In 2018, they were a Marketing Associate at 360 Financial Consultants LLP. In 2019, they were an Assistant Corporate Sales and Loyalty Manager at American Express. Currently, they are a Senior Product Specialist at Loyalty Juggernaut.

Medha Rajput studied at the Prestige Institute of Engineering Management & Research (PIEMR) from 2012 to 2016 and earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science. Medha then attended the Institute of Management Technology, Nagpur from 2017 to 2019 and received a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in Marketing.
