Noah Kaplan has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. In that year, they began their career as a Firefighter for Hugh Gassner Fire Co., where they responded to emergencies and trained continually, as well as planned and led educational events as Fire Prevention Officer. In 2013, they became an Apprentice at Stormin Norman's Auto Service Center, where they installed parts and performed alignments, as well as analyzed, diagnosed, and repaired problems. In 2014, they joined Interview Cake as their first hire, where they built a system to write and display technical content translated to 10 programming languages and managed a $180,000 project translating code and technical writing to different programming languages. Noah also developed full-stack features from UX to the database and grew the company working with the founder, including product development and user testing. In 2018, they joined Loyalsnap as their VP of Engineering, Engineering Manager, Lead Engineer, and Senior Software Engineer. As Senior Software Engineer, they were the first hire by the in-house-CTO and built a public API to accept fitness studio client lead data, and enabled studios to contact leads. Noah also built integrations with fitness studio platform APIs to ingest, process, and update data.
Noah Kaplan attended Tulane University from 2011 to 2012, where they earned a Minor in Business. Noah then attended Montgomery College in 2013, but did not earn a degree. In addition, they obtained a HAM Radio Technician certification from the Federal Communications Commission in October 2015 and an Open Water Scuba Diver certification from PADI in June 2013.
