Angela Yeager Jones is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success, operations, and marketing in the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success at Loyal since March 2021, Angela previously held notable positions including Vice President of Operations at ProctorU (now Meazure Learning), where responsibilities included leading the professional testing division across the U.S. and Canada. Angela's leadership in client engagement strategy at Influence Health involved managing strategic marketing initiatives for over 125 brands. Earlier roles include Director of Program Management at BrightWhistle, Vice President of Clinical Services at MedSnap, and Director of Marketing & Product Management at CareFusion, among others. Angela holds a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Dickinson College.
