Sergey Puzankov has over 18 years of work experience in various roles. In 2003, they began their career as a UI Developer at Elantum Studios. Sergey then moved to World Web Studio in 2007, where they were a Project Manager. In 2008, they joined Yandex as a Front-end Developer and Front-end Team Lead. In 2015, they became a Front-end Technical Lead at Luxoft, where they worked on the GettyImages project. In 2016, they were the CEO of Front-end Science. In 2018, they became the Web Team Lead at MyHeritage, where they managed 3 development teams and was responsible for hiring, training and on-boarding new developers. In 2020, they joined Wix.com as an Engineering Lead, working on the EditorX platform. Currently, they are the Director of Engineering at Loxo.

Sergey Puzankov obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Taurida 'V. I. Vernadskiy' National University, Simferopol between 2005 and 2007. Sergey also obtained a Master's degree in Physics from the same university between 2001 and 2006. In April 2014, Sergey obtained a Financial Markets and Institutions certification from Coursera.
