Tanya Sharma is a Customer Success Manager at Loxada, a company focused on enhancing connectivity security for remote and hybrid teams, since February 2024. Prior to this role, Tanya served as a Customer Success Associate at Appsecco from April 2021 to January 2024, where responsibilities included onboarding new customers and managing client communication while assessing customer satisfaction through NPS surveys. Tanya holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Delhi University, completed in March 2020.
