Pavan Kumar has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Pavan started their career at COIGN CONSULTANTS PVT LTD as an Android developer from September 2010 to September 2011. Pavan then worked at Mojostreet Infomedia Services Private Limited as a Software Engineer from October 2011 to July 2014. Pavan Kumar then joined Ciber Global as a Senior Consultant in August 2014 and stayed there until December 2020. Pavan then moved to Shell as a Software Engineer, working from January 2019 to September 2021. After that, they joined Agoda as a Software Engineer from October 2021 to February 2023. Currently, Pavan Kumar is employed at Lowe's India as a Lead Software Engineer, starting from April 2023.

Pavan Kumar obtained their MCA degree in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, where they studied from 2007 to 2010.
