David Lowers is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in enterprise risk management and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Lowers Risk Group since January 2016, David focuses on providing risk mitigation solutions for organizations in high-risk and regulated environments. In addition to this role, David has been the President and CEO of Proforma Screening Solutions since April 2004, and previously held the same position at American Background Information Services from 1992 to 2001. David’s expertise lies in protecting people, brands, and profits from avoidable loss and harm through specialized industry solutions.
