Michael Mortensen has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at Lower Family Foods, Inc. since July 2022. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Plant Manager at Lower Foods, Inc. from June 1993 to August 2022, where strong leadership and management skills were developed. Michael's educational background includes an Associate's degree from Dixie State University, obtained between 1989 and 1991, as well as further studies at Utah State University from 1993 to 1995.
