Shannon Barham, MEd., SHRM-CP, MPM, currently serves as an Explore Teacher at Prince William County Public Schools since January 2024, and has been working as an Executive Liaison and Project & Implementation Consultant at Lower Cape Fear LifeCare since February 2022. Previously, Shannon held multiple roles at New Hanover Regional Medical Center from May 2016 to February 2022, including HR Program Coordinator and Human Resources Generalist, where responsibilities included coordinating new employee orientation, maintaining educational records, and serving as a community relations liaison. Shannon's earlier experience includes serving as the Regional Coordinator of Student Support Services for Brunswick County Schools from July 2006 to May 2016. Education includes a Master of Education in Behavior Disorders from Old Dominion University, a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies with core work in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington, and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Germanna Community College.
