Marina Cardenas is an experienced human resources professional with a background in various administrative and management roles. Currently serving in the Lowell Joint School District as a specialist in Administrative Services and Classified Personnel since August 2022, Marina previously worked as a Human Resources Technician at Fullerton Joint Union High School District from October 2021 to August 2022. Marina has also held the position of Personnel Coordinator with the State of California from June 2019 to October 2021, where responsibilities included serving as a department representative. Prior experience encompasses several management roles at Bass Pro Shops from September 2007 to June 2019, including Tracker Boats Sales Manager and Group Sales Manager. Marina Cardenas holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources & Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and has pursued further education at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.
