Jessica Cabrera, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources Business Partner at Lowell General Hospital, where experience includes progressing through several HR roles since May 2015, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner and HR Generalist. Prior to this, Jessica worked at Steward Health Care from October 2008 to May 2015 in various HR positions, such as HR Advisor and HR Administrator, focusing on HRIS management, employee benefits assistance, and departmental reporting. Jessica holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Fitchburg State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
