Jeff Hughes has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Jeff started their career at Graybar, where they held various positions and gained experience in management, sales, marketing, and operations. After Graybar, they worked at Ardd & Winter, handling sales and quotations for lighting fixtures and controls. Jeff then joined BURNDY LLC as a field sales representative and later became a regional sales manager. In 2019, they moved to Lowe Electric Supply Co. as the VP of Sales. Currently, they are serving as a board member at the Jackson County Board of Elections.

Jeff Hughes attended Piedmont University from 2014 to 2016, where they received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1997, they attended Kennesaw State University but did not receive a degree.
