Liliana Santos began their work experience in 2018 as a Client Manager at ActivoBank, where they learned about team work, client management, and marketing strategies. Liliana then moved on to CentroStar, Lda as a Management Trainee, where they developed organizational skills, worked with different people, and gained knowledge in accounting and software systems. In 2019, Liliana joined Everbeauty Lda as an Accounting Assistant, where they enhanced their accounting skills and worked until January 2022. Currently, Liliana is an Accounting Manager at Lovys since February 2022.

Liliana Santos completed their Bachelor's degree in Management at the Polytechnic of Leiria from 2013 to 2016. Liliana then pursued a Master's degree in International Business at the same institution from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, in 2017, Liliana attended the Polytechnic of Leiria and studied Digital Marketing, although the degree name is unspecified. In 2015, they participated in the Erasmus program at Bialystok University of Technology, although the specific field of study is unknown.
