Brad Richards has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Brad currently holds the position of Managing Director & Chief Product Officer at LOVOO, starting in August 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Product Officer at the same company from November 2021 to August 2022.

Before joining LOVOO, Brad worked as the Director of Mobile & Digital Products at diconium from December 2019 to November 2021. Throughout their career, Brad has demonstrated expertise in product management, innovation, and leadership roles. Brad has successfully implemented innovative approaches and technologies, developed and launched innovative products, and contributed to the growth and profitability of various organizations.

Brad Richards attended the University of Guelph from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained an Honors Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing Management. During their time at the same university, they also earned a Certificate of Leadership in Organizational Leadership. In addition to their formal education, Brad Richards has obtained additional certifications including the Implementing SAFe Course (5.0) from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2020, and the Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (ACSPO) from Scrum.org in February 2016.
