Aaron Hill currently serves as the Director of Belonging and Interim Head of Middle School at The Lovett School, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Aaron was the Director of Inclusion and Diversity at Marist School from August 2022 to November 2023, where responsibilities included ensuring adherence to the school's Diversity Statement and leading initiatives in diversity, equity, justice, and inclusion. Aaron's experience also encompasses roles such as Head of Middle School at St. Andrew's Episcopal School, Director of Student Activities at Woodward Academy, and Director of Bands at Smithfield High School, among others. Aaron's educational background includes degrees in Leadership & Organizational Change from Troy University and a Bachelor of Music in Performance, Jazz Studies from Christopher Newport University.
