Gaz Kishere has extensive experience in the NGO, charity, and grassroots project sectors, currently serving as Project Development, Leader Mentoring, and Worker Therapy at Cross Border Initiatives since January 2015, providing support and strategy development for projects assisting refugees. As Co Founder and CEO of Cross Border Initiatives since 2009, Gaz initiated efforts to counter trafficking in Moldova and later collaborated with Love146. In addition to this, Gaz has been the European Operation Director at Love146 since December 2009, focusing on best practices for child trafficking survivors and effective prevention through education. Gaz also contributes as a volunteer support member at Khora Urban Refugee Centre, which has significantly grown its volunteer base since its inception. Earlier roles include DJ at ANSC and Regional Grant Facilitation at Seedbed, where Gaz identified community-based innovations for funding and support.
