Chiara Richardson is currently serving as Chief of Staff and Strategy Lead, as well as Head of Growth at Lounge since July 2022. Prior to this role, Chiara worked at S&P Global from December 2021 to July 2022 in Financial Markets Sales focused on the UK and Ireland. Chiara's career includes a position as Financial Markets Associate at IHS Markit from October 2020 to December 2021, where the focus was on Equity Data and Analytics, and a summer internship in the same department in July 2019. Additional experience includes a Mini Pupil role at 1 Hare Court and internships at Credere Capital LLP and Independent Talent Group Limited in 2018, as well as an internship at the Institute of Economic Affairs in 2015. Chiara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from UCL and attended St Paul's Girls' School and the Guildhall School of Music & Drama.
